Open House & Games Begin at 3:00 pm.

After Care Children will be  

with their teachers until parents arrive.

Dinner begins shortly after 5:00 pm,

S'mores around 6:00 pm.

 

The 2009-10 school year is off to a great start!

We would like to take this opportunity to Thank everyone who volunteered to help Make our Field Day A wonderful Day for the Children. It was well orchestrated and the children enjoyed themselves immensely!

Field Day

Thursday, May 21st

Field Day is Thursday May 21^st.  The Big House and Primary classrooms will be having their field day from 9:30-11:30.  This will be followed by a picnic lunch from 11:30-12Noon, parents are welcome and encouraged to come and eat with their child.  Because of the change in time of lunch, children who do not normally stay for lunch are encouraged to bring a lunch and join their friends for the picnic.  

The Elementary classes will be having a picnic lunch starting at 12Noon-12:30, which is also open to parents.  This will be followed by Field Day activities from 12:30-2:30.  We are looking for parent volunteers from all classrooms to help run the games.  Please give us a call (301-737-2421) or stop by the office.  Please do not wait until the day of to express interest.  The number of volunteers will determine how many "events" we have set up for the children.  Your help is essential to the success of the day.  Thanks so much.
